FILLED IN ADMISSION FORM SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN THE OFFICE ALONG WITH.

1) Latest colored passport size photograph of the student.
2) Photograph of the parent with the child in [5cm x 3.5cm]
3) Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attested).
4) Original Medical certificate of student.
5) Attested photocopy of previous year result.
6) In case the registration form is filled by guardians other than parents, it should be clearly indicated.
7) Address Proof - Pan card/Driving license /Electricity Bill/Aadhar card/Voter ID of parents.
TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE & PAYMENT OF FEE

We take in students who will contribute and foster the principles of inter mingling and culture, we make sure that students admitted to Radiant Public School possess certain qualities, it is the first place where he/she begins communicating with other people and as responsible educators it is our duty to provide conducive atmosphere. For admission in Radiant Public School, Jagdeo Nagar, Ara please follow the below-mentioned procedure accurately.

AGE CRITERIA
The basic age criteria for admission to classes KG. (informal education) and class I (formal education) is to be met as given here under.
• A basic admission test for KG to VIII will be conducted on specified date for eligibility for that particular class. Only those Candidates who clear the written test will be called for an interview, both parents are required to be present at the time of the interview.
• The admission test will cover English, Hindi, Maths & Science based questions from the syllabus of the preceding class to which admission is sought.
• The admission would be confirmed only after the final interview.
• Only meritorious students will be considered for mid term admission on grounds of transfer or change of school.
• The school reserves the right to admit a student in the appropriate class after examining the student. Even after the admission is granted the student can either be adjusted in a lower or higher class, which ever the case may be, depending upon the student's ability at the discretion of the authorities. Admission is strictly subject to fulfilling of all conditions and submission of requisite documents.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT RULES

• School bus routes are drawn up based on convenience and demand while ensuring that no route is too long. Parents should consult the School's transport in-charge for necessary details.
• Students are not allowed to sit in parked buses during school hours.
• A student using the School bus is expected to be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.
• Students are issued two identity cards (Student's l-card and parent's card i.e. the student I card should be worn by the student before boarding the bus and be worn at all times till the completion of the return journey. The student will be handed over only to the Parents at the given bus stop and in the absence of parents the authorized person should carry parents I card on the basis of which the student will be handed over.
• Students are allowed to use only their allotted bus and bus stop. No change will be allowed without prior permission of the school in writing.
• Buses will not wait for late-comers
• If a student misses her/his allotted bus, he/she should not try to board any other bus. It is the responsibility of parents to drop their wards to the school. Such students may however, return by their allotted bus.
• All students must occupy the seats immediately after boarding their respective buses. The reservation of seats for co-commuters is not allowed under any circumstances.
• No student should travel standing on the footboard.
• Students must not move around when the buses are in motion.
• Consumption of edibles and drinks is not permitted in the bus.
